The Jessie Street National Women’s Library is an absolutely wonderful Australian resource. I hope to drop in for a visit the next time I’m in Sydney.
It is a unique specialist library dedicated to the preservation of Australian women’s work, words and history. The Library was established in 1989 and is named after Jessie Street, a lifelong campaigner for women’s rights, the peace movement and the elimination of discrimination against Aboriginal people.
Diane Hague wrote a review of Green Vanilla Tea in their February newsletter: Vol 25, No.1 — February 2014. I’ve posted it here for you to have a read. Just click on the image to make it bigger.
I hope you enjoy!
